Can I check in CPU-Z? I think it says 3-3-3-8.

What memory do you have anyway, XMS or ValueSelect?

I have Value and I lowered my timings to 2-3-3-6 1T @ 2.8V (2.5-3-3-8 2T stock @ 2.6V), however I didn't overclock my RAM, it's still working @ 200 MHz (400 MHz effective).

XMS of course. My timings seem really slow, and I think it's causing a hinderance while playing WoW(a very RAM orientated game).
