Mac OS = Mac
Windows = PC

Mac OS and Windows on both the same computer = Intel Mac

Depending on your specs, you can dual-boot OS X and Windows on the same computer. This is because of Apple's Macintels (Macs with Intel processors)...the OS is able to run on the Intel processors...however not all of your hardware might be compatiable. There have been MANY confirmed dual-bootings of OS X and Windows, as well as dual-booting Windows on a Macintel. You need to get a copy of the OS (not saying where to get it), create a partition on your hard drive large enough for OS X, then the easiest way to install it is to burn it to a DVD, then install from a DVD. People have also triple-booted (yes that's 3 OS's)...OS X, Windows, and Linux.

If you don't believe me, google it.
