I have a 2GB Sandisk MiniCruzer on which I have downloaded files. I also copied music from my computer onto it, but I cannot get the music to play. Now I want to delete the folder and I get told..."Cannot Delete" I have three folders with over 1200 mb being used. Is there a way to play the music....or will I have to format the drive to delete the folders. I have tried three different music players with no luck. All this music plays from the folders on my computer...

try right click format.. if that dont work try downloading a program call eraser 5.7... its basically like deleting things.... except more trustworthy vuz liek sometmes i'll delete a floder and its gone come back a week later and find it somewhere else.. not teh case with eraser... be sure after you download it to open teh program the edit the prefrences then erasing then pick teh one that makes 3 passes.

Dont you have to put it onto your computer first? Like save it to your hard drive.

found the answer by inserting the cruiser into my laptop which had never had the cruiser installed and registry written to, so was able format and it is back to new.
