Reformat-Wipeout Partitions? Need some help.

I have a 631MHz Intel Celeron processor with 64mb of ram(yes, no lie). It has 2 partitions, one roughly 10gb and the other around 3gb. AND it has 2 if not 3 installs of XP on it. I want to completly wipe this thing out, and start fresh. How should I go about doing this? I attached a picture of the Disk Managment for better reference.

If you have your XP cd, just boot to it, delete all partitions, make a new one, then format

Yes I do have the CD, but what kind of partition should I make the new one? Someone told me to make it a NTS rather than fat32, this correct?
