my modem went down for a while this morning, i got bored so went to clean up old crap i have on my slave HD (D
, films mp3's etc..i found a folder and cannot delete it. i found this folder within a folder within a folder lol, when i put my cusrsor over the folder it says it is 4.09 MB but there is nowt in the folder.
i have moved EVERYTHING from my slave to my primary drive except the folder i could not delete. when i look at the disk space used on my slave it says there is 6GB of 28GB used. 6GB of what? my slave HD was used as my primary HD ages ago, could this be explain this hidden 6GB of stuff? it was formatted before i used it as a slave so .... sigh
as u can tell im not to good at computer stuff..hehe
anyway, in My Computer i put my cursor over drive D and select format but cant as a message says another program is using information on this drive etc. how can this be? am i formatting this drive in noob style? if so is it better to format D: in DOS or can it be done with my XP disk?
