hard drive not giving all the space

hi my hard drive is new and i installed it but it is not showing up with the full 160GB it is only showing 32GB anyone know how i can fix it

i think it has something to do with the OS, like if you have the service packs installed or not, but im not that sure

well even when i try to format and do a fresh install it only shows about 32gigs

could it be a bios problem? u might needa update, but again im not sure im just comin up with ideas

This would almost certainly be a BIOS problem. Look for a BIOS update on your motherboard manufacturers website. Otherwise you can download an overlay program or buy a controller card.
