Help Ram Problem

My motherboard (With latest bios version) Chaintech 9cjs (Dual Channel DDR 255/333/400 (4Slots) ) reads my Twinmoss 512mb DDR400 CL 2.5 As a ddr 333 maximum..I Tried with an msm 512mb DDR400 CL 2.5 Nothing different? Any suggestions?

Also, if you need this,My cpu is Celeron D 2,80 Ghz 256kb Cache 533 Mhz Fsb

Try changing it to DDR 400 from the BIOS maybe?
