K8N Neo-4 Memory Issues

My friend is building a new system and got a neo-4 and and an AMD dual core. he is using 2x512 OCZ memory and a 10,000 rpm raptor from his old system. He hooked it up and cant even get to bios, just a series of beeps(that is diagnosed as memory problem by msi). the memory worked fine in Intel system, but now....nothing. plz help if u can.
