What motherboard do you have?
Fix it in BIOS, go in and change it to 200MHz

Well find out what key you need to hit to enter the BIOS in safe mode, usually "Del" key.
Overclocking 101 (Oc101) - Might help
I am about to leave for school, otherwise i'd go into more detail. But once in BIOS find the page with your FSB and change it from 333 to 400.
Now, if you're sure both sticks are DDR400 an they share the same timings and voltage then it should be smooth sailing. But if that's not the case you might run into problems. Clearing CMOS jumper will undo anything you might have messed up in BIOS and allow you to redo it just incase.
