SATA and SATAII, What's Better?

I bought a motherboard with the nForce 4 Ultra chipset and use a SATAII HDD, and I wonder if it is worth using SATAII.

SATA II is faster, but by how much i'm not sure. If you have the right HDD and mob osupport, why not?

Hehe, this is a bit of a duh question, SATAII is the best, but I doubt drives even come close to it's full speed.

I know it's the best, but is it worth it?

in a previous thread here, there was a comparison showing the differences between the 10K raptor and other hard drives, and the SATA II beat all of them (including the raptor) in system mark tests. Id say its worth it.
