A screen comes up and says "detecting ide drives" after that is goes to Secondary ide channel no 80 conductor cable installed. AFter a long puase it says something about disl boot failure.
Also i notice some twisted wires wasn't plugged so I plugged it in in random spots. Their also is VCC, USB 2 -, USB 2 +, GND, VCC, USB 1 -, USB 1 +, GND, GND, GND.
probably your lights showing hd activity, power on led etc..(twisted wire)
Just make sure the ribbon (gray wire aboue 2.5 inched wide is plugged into each hd, then.. aswell as the power-WITH the red cord facing in toward ribbon. Then check your bios maybe it is disabled fr some stupid reason..

Look for devices, or something of the sort, and it will say enable or disable on the side (all bios;s are different).. Also make sure your 40 pin ribbon is plugged in all the way.
