Will this memory go well with...

Will the Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200C2PT TwinX (2x1GB) CAS2 go well with a Athlon 3500+ (939) and a HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X800 ICEQII TURBO 256MB DDR3. I know they will al be compatible with eachother but will it be a balanced system?

Or if anyone can suggest any better Memory than the XMS.

If you think 2gb is overkill..Im getting Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3200C2PT TwinX and then when i have enough money i will get another 2gb. I would like to see the futuremark 05 result with 4gb of memory
