Good ram?

Is this good ram?



Will It work good with my ASUS "P4P800 SE" i865PE Chipset Motherboard for Intel Socket 478 CPU?

I am not aware of Rosewill because it's not sold here in Europe. However, they seem to make good products. The memory seems fine but try to get something with a better CAS latency. I am sure you can get that for the same price from a different manufacturer.
