I've installed XP Home w/SP2 and XP Pro w/SP1 on my 200GB hard drive, and it detected the 200GB. So maybe its a problem that only occurs with some hardrive's.

Need to install service pack 2! as i hasd this issue, which means you will HAVE to have a legal copy of Windows as wiont allow it to work whether you download or install from cd. Then say if drive was 160gb like i have then will appear as 150gb, though the spac is still their.
