What ECC and NO-ECC means???


Hi, I saw that some rams are ECC and some No-ECC and I dont know whats the difference between them, can some one help me with this?

Error Correcting Code/Error Checking and Correction, it allows a computer to operate even if a memory error occurs. Basically, unless you are running a server you don't want ECC RAM
