New Ram and Photoshop

I just installed a USB 2.0 card and an additional 512 MB of RAM (giving me a total of 1280 MB). When I went to open Adobe Photoshop I got the following message. "Could not start Adobe Photoshop because Photoshop's scratch space and Windows' Virtual Memory are both on the same volume". When I close that window I get another that reads, "Could not initialize Photoshop because there was not enough space on the Startup volume to support both Photoshop's Scratch and Windows' Virtual Memory". For some reason the seperate hard drive (3.2 GB) that I use as the strach disc does not show under "My Computer". Ideas?

thanks, Craig

you don't have the drive set up right. make sure it is set to slave if you are on the same link and the primary drive.

If it wasnt setup right then you wouldnt be able to boot -- if its the USB drive then there isnt much to setup
