Can I Delete All The Data In My Hardrive?

I have Dell PC, its 2 yrs old, can I delete all the data inside it and what software do I need.

Well if you want to delete it you can. You dont need anything other than say a windows boot disk to do so

So, how do you do that, my reason is Im gonna put it on the new rig Im building, and do you think it cause any problem?

boot to your boot disk, at the prompt type in format c:/ this will format all that is on the hard drive.

No shouldn't cause any problems as long as you have a copy of an OS that you can install later.

And you backup your important crap (if you have any)... and check that the drive is physically fit
