i need a new cd/dvd drive


my old one broke, and i need a new one. i'm using a dell notebook. i took the drive out, and i need to know how to find out how to get a new one. is there a specific size or something, or model?

No there is no specify size but if u wana new dvd writter then u should go for sony dvd writter multi

ok, well if i can buy any size, i'm just oing to go to bestbuy and get a drive that reads cds and dvds thats under $50. thanks

You can't just use any size. It must be a slim size to fit in to a notebook.

No... There is no specify size but if u want new dvd writter then u should go for sony dvd writter multi which is best according to me or go for that one which must be a slim size to fit in to a notebook.
