DVD Question

i have nero startSmart installed, and i'm ready for burning but my dvd-r and dvd+r dvd's won't work for some reason..



it keeps soming up please load writable disc,



What programs do i need to get them to work...



any suggestions would be nice..

Check to make sure it is looking at the right drive letter. There is an option to change it.

and how do you do that?

At the top of the program there should be either a drop down or something saying which drive you are running, make sure the drive you want to use is selected.
