if you have nero just copy the iso to the desktop and double click it nero will come up and ask you if you want to burn it put in a blank dvd and select burn.

If you have Nero, load up Nero Burning Rom, bring up the ISO file, click the Recorder Tab at the top and pick Burn Image

with Magic ISO Maker, it is possible to extract the contents of the ISO without actually burning it to a disc. You do need to pay for the program, but the free demo version will extract data from an .iso but not create an .iso bigger than 300MB. This is useful when downloading programs using Azureus

Just use Daemon tools to mount the ISO file and you are on your way.
