Master Slave Master?

Hey guys,

I have a CD-ROM (Master)

and a DVD-RW (Slave)



i want to get a DVD-ROM What should it be? Master or slave?

if its on a new cable i think it should be on master

It really doesnt matter at all, as long as the jumpers ont he back are correct to your cabling it will not matter... oly harddrives can actually go wrong when not in a correct set up.... optical drves really dont matter.
