I'm shopping for a external dvd burner w/usb. Can anybody recommend a quality burner?

I have been shopping on e bay and reading reviews. I want to burn a lot of cd's and dvd's but not use my laptop memory. Can I save to the burner it self?

Of course. A DVD/CD Burner is just like copying files to any other drive. The question is if you want to play them in say a DVD player(TV top...)

Might I suggest the Sony 16x DVD盧W DL Burner, an external drive capable of burning single and dual layered discs. Going cheap(ish) as well, for only $99
