DVD Drive Autoplay and dvd/cd reading help help

Hey everyone



i just installed Windows XP Pro SP2 and my dvd drvie (Autoplay and dvd/cd reading) worked, then i begain to install all the nessary drive disks (Autoplay and dvd/cd reading), then i installed Video vault which is a dvd copying program and thats when i get my problem



Please help me

whats the problem you are getting

my DVD Burner is'nt reading disks and won't Autoplay them it only starts to read the disk after i restart windows

do you mean it wnt autoplay them or it wont read them, what happens if you try to open the cd/dvd through explorer? what does it do
