Will that cause problem to later?

Some of you already know that i was having troble with the new blank disks that i got. they just keep failling on after another.

Now 15 disks later i maniged to get them to work by buring them at the lowest speed possible which is 2X.

My question is that since the disks keep failing at hight speed wring (4X is the discks max) is there a possibility that the finished disk Wrote at 2X speed will be of bad qulity and cause problem to my DVD/PS2 lasers? or it should be fine?

I don't realy know what I want for an answer but just through what you think at me. I woun't hunt you down and hite you with a club if the information is not 100% correct.

thanks
