I burn't a program ...HiJacThis to a c.d and played it on my other computer and a couple of messages came up sayin
It looks like ur running hijackthis.exe from a read only device like a cd or locked floppy disc..if u want to make back ups of item u fixed u must copy highjacthis.exe to your hard disk first and run it from there...
If u continue you mioght get pathfile acess errors.
1Q) Whats read only devices..
2Q) Hard disk---is that like my hard drive..
and if it is my hard drive wouldnt that save it to the hard drive havin no purpose for burnin it to a c.d .cause if thats the case i'da jus downloaded it from the web on that computer....but i dont know much so i'll let u tell me

highjacthis.exe appears to have been started from temporary folder since temp folders tend to be emptied regualy its wise to copy hijack this.exe to a folder of its own .this way back ups that will be made of fixed items wont be lost
