What is the exact CD-RW model?
What CD-RW disks are you using?
What CD burning software are you using?

and most importantly, tell us the steps you took when trying to burn the CD... you might have missed a step or two....

if its been prewritten on, then thats why.

most likely, it isn't multisessioned and the burning closed the cd already where you can't put anything else on it.

an exception is a cd-rw. is it a cd-rw? and if it is, you have to set it so that it works like a floppy and u can put more stuff on it later.
