After downloading Windows XP SP2, I tried to install it but got an error saying "atapi drivers are already in use" or a related error message. I found out why I was getting this message, but now its too late.
SP2 was listed in my installed programs, so I guess I had part of it installed. I uninstalled it and now when trying to burn a CD with Windows XP burning software or Windows Media Player, it says I don't have a CD burner. However, using Acoustica CD Burner I can burn music CDs perfectly fine.
I would like to burn standard data CDs, but I can't find a program that works.
The CD drive I am using is: SAMSUNG CD-R/RW SW-224B
Can anyone help me?
