Burning CD's

Which format has been known to give the best recordings?i.e.Windows Media Player,real player, Roxio etc.. or is there any difference?

I use Nero 6 Ultra version 6.6.0.8 and I find it a whole lot better than the rest.

Best format for what???

As for the nero responses, they're quite irelevent ... while Nero is an excellent all-around burning application it supports numerous CD book-formats ... which is what we're trying to get to the bottom of
