nVidia FX 5200 Dual-Screen

Hello.

Well I am new to this forum and I have a question

I have a nVidia FX 5200 and I need 2 screens instead of one,

so I wonder if it's possible and when it is: HOW?

Cause I have no idea

Thanks in advance!

Well first and foremost, does your 5200 even support two screens. I know some OEM cards only had a single output, or used VGA/DVI and say TV out.

Once you're confirmed you have two outputs, it's as simple as plugging in two monitors and enabling them through Nvidia's control panel.

Thanks for the information.

How do I plug in another monitor?

Because I have only one entrance to the video card.

Then you'll have to upgrade your video card. As I mentioned, some cards only have a single output.

Do you know which cards support this?

any card with 2 VGA or DVI outputs. Some cards come with 1 of each, or two of the same kind. Those will support dual displays.
