Turned PC on and got a very high pitched constant beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.....
Anyone know what could be wrong?

Are you sure the PCIe power connector is plugged in? they do that when its not getting power.. unless it was the motherboard speaker?

Besides the plug, I'd check it's inserted correctly and fully. Perhaps try it in another computer if possible. Assuming everything still works without the card, perhaps try a bios update, and maybe try running with less peripherals(no additional cards or drives) to see if it'll POST.

I plugged in a Hard Drive once and turned on the PC and it constantly made a sound like that. I turned it off, checked the connections and pushed them in a little. Turned on the PC and it was fine.

check your mobo manual. different series of beeps mean different problems.

Normally, the cause of this kind of problems is your VGA card. See if it is plugged in correctly.

i see that the OP hasnt come back yet, but 99.99999% of the time its because the card isnt getting enough power, most likely because its not plugged in to your power supply (as others have said above)
