Graphics Messed In COD2

Hey, ive been playing cod2 for quite some time now and today i started playing once more a couple minutes ago. Everything loaded up fine but once i got to the game there was squares missing and all these weird lines. After i closed cod2 is was on my desktop as well....i then ran quake 4 and it was perfect and fixed my dekstop, so im guessing the problem has to do with cod2.

O i just discovered it only does this when my settings are all on EXTRA...it happens before i even get into the game, so it cannot be a overheating issue.

Edit: Now i just played BF2 and i got artifacts as well....i touched my video card, seemed hot but i could keep my hand on it forever without getting burnt. Im guessing it could possible be the new BIOS i installed..its a BETA 1.08 or somthing. Is there anyway to dowgrade my BIOS?
