is this a good card?

I'm upgrading my video card b/c i only have a 64 MB one at the moment. I dont have agp connectors on my motherboard so i have to settle for PCI or PCI express cards. My budget is around $200.

I was wondering if this is a good card or if someone can recommend another good one for around the same price.

The PCI-E video card is a much better buy, and a much better card.

i wold go with what geoff said. 200 is way too much for that card. walmart has it for 130!

I didn't check the links, but just so you know, PCI and PCIe are COMPLETELY different interfaces. Just because you don't have AGP DOES NOT mean you have PCIe... So yeah, you might want to check the specs on that mobo before you go and purchase a PCIe card and can't use it...or PCI and find out you actually DO have PCIe ^^;

is the $200 USD or canadian dollar? if it's USD, then you can get a decent card, maybe a 6800GS. If it's in Canadian Dollars, which is I believe around 170USD? used google, then you can get a 6600gt, or x800gto, and some other 6 series cards from nvidia and 800's cards from ati.

why get that card from tigerdirect, who is also very overpriced.
