Suggestions for a new 19 inch lcd.

Im looking to buy a new 19 inch lcd, I dont want to spend any more than $400 give or take a few bucks. Im looking into either the ViewSonic VX924 or the HYUNDAI L90D+. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is something better out there then these two (in my price range) or if not which one of these two are better? Thanks for any input.

Looks like a good lcd, but would you buy it over the other 2 lcds I mentioned?

Thats way too good to be true.. I'm gonna read some reviews.

The sceptre and the HYUNDAI are just about the same monitors, if you dont mind the $55 difference, go with the ViewSonic. $55 more is not that big of a deal for the slight performance difference along with the one of the best brands.
