3DMark05 graphing problem

I have the full version of 3DMark and I just now tested out the graphing feature. There is a HUGE problem. I was expecting it to record the FPS every second or half-second and have a value for it on the Excel graph. Nope, I have 2709 values on this graph that are spaced .04 seconds between each other. Is there a way to limit 3DMark05s graphing? I would like to use this feature for comparing different PCs of mine. Or maybe make Excel filter out some of the results...

this is taking pc testing to the extreme i thought it was only mainstream mags that do that kinda stuff lol
