new vid old pc

I have an extra PC laying around that I would like to upgrade as I get the money. I need to know if I can run an 8x AGP video card, specifically a Radeon 9600 128mb, in my Abit KT7A mobo that has 4x AGP



I know that AGP speeds are backwards compatible and that the 8x card will only run at 4x I'm fine with that but I've read that the voltage can be an issue.



Here are the specs of the extra PC:



Abit KT7A mobo

Athlon T-bird 1.4ghz

640mb PC133
