Radeon 9200SE with S-Video Out: can I watch TV through it?

Can I run an S-Video cable from my STB into the "S-Video Out" of this video card and watch TV programs on my PC monitor (LCD 1280 x 1024 thru DVI)? Or do I need something else?

No you cannot. That is simply a tool to put what is on your monitor onto a TV screen. To watch TV, you will need to buy a thing called a TV Tuner. They will allow you to plug cable directly into your PC so you can watch it.

you need to buy a tv tuner if you want to be able to do that, and there not that expensive.
