highest temp?

im overclocking my ATI 9600XT 256MB AGP Video card using ATI Tool. Right now its at 530/310 (500/297 stock), and its at 40C, im using stock cooling and all, and i was wondering what the average temp of this card is and whats the highest that it can get too before i need better cooling.

well, set it back to normal then check temp.....

really, as long as u don't see artifacts, then it SHOULD be fine, if u are a little paranoid, buy yourself a better GPU cooler, or like a pci slot fan or just something to help it out.

BTW: where did u get ATI tool?

and once 3dmark03 finishes, i check ati catalyst control center and its around 48C, but in a few minutes it drops back down to around 38C.

you should be fine i think.. i just checked my 6800GT, and its 53*C idle. (so i dont think there would be a problem

)
