Buliding in car computer system

I am looking to build my own in car computer. I know what system I want to build but was thinking about this last night and come up with a problem. The connectors on the back of the system for the monitor will be wrong as they will be for a startdard monitor which I do not want. I will be fitting two 7" tft montors which have different connectors is there anyway of doing this?

Just been into my locally mapins to find the right cable while I was in there they told me the screen I was looking at would not show a good quilaty picture he said I sould get a small lcd screen. What would you recommend?
