The BEST video card for less than $150

I can't decide what video card to get, and since I know next to nothing about all the technical terms and such, I need your help.

What is the BEST video card for less than $150?

I would prefer one with HDTV-Out, but if not then it doesn't really matter.

Cheers.

Ok Bazzil, we need to know what kind of graphics card your motherboard will take. Does it take agp, or pci-e. These are the names of two currently used socket types for graphics cards. The letter being more modern. So either what card can your motherboard take, what make is your motherboard, or what is your current card?

(you may be able to determine your mother make and model using cpu-z

To be honest I have no idea what sort of m/board it has, as the PC I'll be using it in is currently on lay-by.

Anyway, just list the good cards under $150, and I'll soon find out what sort of motherboard I've got.

Well, like someone said before you can check the cards out at Newegg.com or Tigerdirect.com. But, I also agree that a GeForce 6600 would be a good option, I have one myself and it works beautifully!
