Help Selecting an LCD

I have been browsing around EVERYWHERE to replace my 15 inch (14 viewable?!?) LCD that ghosts like it is it's job. I have decided on an LCD because they are so much easier on my eyes, but I am still struggling to find a good one for gaming. I really don't need anything over 19 inches, and I want to keep the price under 500 dollars. Will this get the Job Done? Or are there better choices out there? I know it has DVI and the response time is low and the refresh rate is high, but I am still hesitant because I am, by no means, a Monitor Expert.

Thanks for your help guys.

I find that most monitors under 12ms don't really have much ghosting. That and don't trust the ratings. Most 12ms monitors are really 16ms and i bet a 4ms monitor is closer to 8. Anyways here is a review on the monitor you linked to.

With 4.5/5 stars it looks pretty good.
