I would use these:

Either COOLBITS: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=815

OR RIVATUNER: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163

These are both excellent programs for overclocking. However, make sure you have very good cooling and that you somehow monitor the temperatures. The extent to which you can OC is not set and will take a lot of experimenting to get an optimum result.

What would be the maximum clock rate in Coolbits that i should not go above??

I have a small case which does not help for cooling but i have 2 case fans on sucking in air throught the front and on pumping hot air out of the back!!

I also have an Heat Exaust, in addition I have a dual fan psu sucking out air!

Is this enough or should I get a better case where i can fit a side fan to take the proccsor heat away!!

Thanks alot guys!!

You will be able to tell when you go too high (everything will look screwy) coolbits wont let you blow anything up

I used Rivatuner to overclock my card. Fairly easy to use, but there are also some other advanced things you can do with it.
