KM400 I just cant figure out

Hello all,

I have a AMD motherboard with a onboard VIA KM400 Video card. I also have 2 sticks of 256 legend RAM. I am having a huge problem with playing Counter Strike. When i get about 1-10 mins into the game it either crashes or stops running and brings up a blue screen. This has been happening since I got the dam thing and I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find a way t fix it. The errors vary I think there are about 5 of them that cycle round if you need to know what they say I can do some PRAC! But yea Any i deas as to whats wrong with either my drivers or my card.???

Have you tryed reinstalling your video drivers? Um those are intigrated graphics I would go and buy a real video card and see what happens.

Yea i have a realy cheap 32 mb PCI graphics card wich i think will solve the problem but I cant figure out how to get the other video card to let use the monitor atm only the onboard one works the monitor

I dont understand that. You have to disable or uninstall your onboard graphics in the device mgr. then use the card.

Plug it in. Onboard automatically kicks down when something is added. If not, look in the bios for an option to allocate an IRQ for PCI video
