well, I need a new graphics card, I believe. I do not have a really high budget for the new cards, I only have about 250 to spend. So what will be the best one?

you could get a ATI Radeon 9600 256MB Video Card for about $230 cdn, where i bought my brother's

it is a very good card, competent of running most if not all games currently available

for that sort of money a 9800 pro with 128 mg ram is possible if you can find a good supplier, or a 9600xt with 128, maybe 256 if your lucky.
