Good Video Card in Price Range

What would be a video card in the 50-80 dollar price range that could play games without lag like Splinter Cell and later games.

I have a geforce fx 5200 on my old computer and it does not runs games that well. then again that not entirly the graphic card fault. My old computer CPU is holding it back also.

I found a 9800SE for 66.00. That looks pretty good to me.

Nice If you can, try and get a 256bit 9800SE (256bit 9800SE 128MB will do better than a 128bit 9800SE 256MB)
