Shakey picture.

Not sure if this is the place for this post but I am somewhat sure it has something to do with the video card. My buddies Compaq Presario S3040SE, when he plays any video the whole picture shakes and there are red lines traveling vertically. Computer has been reformated and same problem occured. Can someone help me please. Thanks.

Try Increasing in screens refresh rate (Hz)

Tell me what graphics card u have and i'll tell u how to (if u dont know already)

Refreshing the screen does not work. It is an Intel 82845 Graphics Controller.

Try installing the newest video driver. You can download it from here: http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/ly/ly_drive.htm
