Right now, i use my computer speakers (Harmon Karmon 2.1 cheap ones that come with a dell) for my computer and TV. I use my TV as a monitor, and I like the sound from my PC speakers better then my TV. The only way i knew how to do both is hook the computer to the TV audio input (audio part when using VGA input), then using the TV audio output to hook it to the speakers. So, I can use the computer speakers for everything. The main issue I have is I can no longer change volume of my TV with a remote. I have to get up and walk over to my TV to change volume. The computer doesn't have this problem, because my keyboard is next to me with volume buttons.
I would like come nice speakers with a wireless remote. I dont want anything expensive, because this is for my room. Another set of 2.1 or cheap 5.1 will be enough. Right now, i think i might take the stereo from my brothers room, which he uses as speakers. It has a remote and it sounds good. Hes at college now, but he might be mad when he gets home in about a week.
One thing i should mention. My computer only has one audio output. I don't wanna get a sound card. My TV output is RCA=, so id like to be able to take advantage of that and get speakers that that Left and Right outputs. Right now, both my normal speakers are the same. Then the subwoffer.
