nforce 680i sound not working

i downloaded windows xp and downloaded the nforce 680i drivers and bios update, but there isnt a soundcard, can some one who has a 680i tell me what is the name of the sound card or lead me to a place were i can download it thnx

There is no sound card it should be onboard sound built into the mobo. I would download the latest drivers from Nvidia and install them. Then go into the bios and make sure you have the sound enabled for onboard.

ya sry i ment where can i get the sound driver? the sound dosnt work but there is something installed im guessing those stupid microsoft somethin. In bios is there something i can change the audio settings or something?

and like on aim when some one loggs off and on or sends me a im my motherboard beeps? lol what's up with that

Go to download drivers click on mainboard and then audio drivers good luck. As for the beeps I'm at a loss.
