Hi, for Christmas I am getting 2 GB of RAM, and a set of speakers. The problem is that I don't know which set of speakers to get. They all seem pretty good, at least from the ratings. I am looking for a set between 50-75$. If you think you can find better than this within the price range, please make it at NewEgg. LED's have a nice effect too. It is not necessary to find another set though. Just tell me which of these are the best. I am mostly a gamer, but I watch a lot of videos and listen to music. I like bass, but I don't like it to the extreme. An average level of bass is fine.
SPEAKERS
Logitech X-530 70 watts RMS 5.1 Black Speaker System - OEM

EDIT: I HAVE CHOSEN TO GO A BIT MORE PRICEY AND HIGH QUALITY.
Is your computor set up for 2.1 or 5.1? I'd exclude those altecs because they don't come with a sub.

This is with the audio card right? If it is then I can change it. I know it has 5.1, but I'm not sure if there is 2.1.

Yes I think that the Logitech ones are the best too. They look nice, clean, and cool. So far I don't see any very serious negative reviews and things. But I have just read about 3 pages and some of them seem serious like very loud bass, breaking within an hour, and worse things.

If 5.1 capable why would you want to down grade? Personaly I would get the the 5.1 Logi's. I realise both sets I chose have subs, but they do have seperate volume controls for treble and bass. I preffer the bass low sometimes. A sub is always good because they'al produce those low frequencies the satalites will miss and give you full range. At low volumes the lows will still be nice and audible without driving anyone crazy.
