sound card recommendations

Hi all. I have an altec lansing VS4121 2.1 channel speakers. Any recommendations of a good sound card suitable for the above speakers?

I was just thinking if the creative sound blaster audigy value will produce a noticable difference compared to onboard?

eh, i think my friend has the sound blaster thingy.
and i use my onboard.

not much of a difference to me. i guess the speakers would make a difference also.
