Mic sounding bad

alright, well I have realtek onboard this is the problem: when I'm using my headset I can blow or talk into the mic and I can hear it in my speakers/earpieces which is bad, because when I talk when Im either listening to music or playing a game people cant hear me very well but can hear the noise on my pc. basically it has to be quite to talk or people will only hear the other sounds... I need help how do I fix this?

ok well I said screw realtek and just plugged everything into my soundblaster card, but I still have a problem.. I have 4 things to plug into it



headset/mic

one green

one pink



speakers/sub

one green

one black



I need 2 green but only have one.. anything I can do?

mute your mike in the settings. that keeps it from playing through your speakers, yet allows anybody else to hear you.
